Coaching with Clarity: Why I’m Expanding My Practice

After two decades building high-performing teams and leading stakeholder engagement across global industries, I’ve learned that the most powerful transformations begin with a single conversation.

That’s why I’m thrilled to share that I’ve earned my Executive Coaching Certification through the Center for Executive Coaching, a rigorous, results-driven program designed for professionals who take coaching seriously. This milestone marks a formal expansion of my practice at TGG Communications, where I now offer executive coaching as a core service alongside strategic messaging and brand alignment.

Why Coaching and Communications Are Natural Allies

At their core, both coaching and strategic communications are about clarity, connection and impact. Whether guiding a CEO through a cultural shift or helping a team navigate change, the tools are strikingly similar:

My coaching approach is grounded in the same principles that have shaped my communications career: authenticity, precision and purpose. I help leaders and teams align their internal narratives with external realities, so they can lead with confidence and communicate with intention.

Coaching Beyond the Boardroom

Coaching isn’t new to me. I’ve coached competitive travel volleyball, currently coach youth volleyball, and have proudly coached my boys in basketball and baseball through the years.

I’ve advised teams and individuals throughout my career, from facilitating leadership workshops at Rolls-Royce to mentoring emerging professionals through university programs.

What’s new is the formal credentialing and the intentional integration of coaching into my business. I’m actively pursuing higher credentials through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I’m excited to offer coaching engagements that support growth, resilience and values-driven leadership.
